Last updated: June 20, 2026

Important Legal Notice

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cashora platform, website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Cashora, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. Cashora provides financial data, analytics, and AI-generated insights for informational and educational purposes only. Cashora is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner. Nothing on Cashora constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

1. Not Financial Advice

All content, data, predictions, signals, scores, analytics, and insights provided through Cashora ("Content") are for informational and educational purposes only. The Content does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, or other financial instrument.

Before making any financial decision, you should consult with a qualified financial advisor, accountant, attorney, or other professional who can evaluate your individual circumstances. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and trading activities.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. AI predictions, technical indicators, and any other Content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed. Cashora does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any Content.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASHORA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE.

Cashora does not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
  • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable;
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected;
  • The Content is suitable for your intended use or trading strategy.

No information or advice obtained from Cashora, whether oral or written, shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

3. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CASHORA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT CASHORA HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CASHORA'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CASHORA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

The limitations in this Section apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

4. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Trading and investing in securities, cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss;
  • You may lose all or more than your initial investment;
  • AI-generated predictions, signals, and scores are algorithmic outputs that may be wrong and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision;
  • Market data may be delayed, and real-time prices may differ from actual execution prices;
  • You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any investment or trade before executing it.

5. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or violates these Terms.

6. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. All fees are stated in U.S. Dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees and any applicable taxes.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund policy: All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, unused features, or downgrade cancellations. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule;
  • Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party;
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service using automated means without our written consent;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems;
  • Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content;
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this Acceptable Use policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and other materials on the Service are owned by Cashora or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

9. Third-Party Content & Integrations

The Service may display data, articles, or links sourced from third parties (e.g., Nasdaq, Yahoo Finance, Stooq, news aggregators). Cashora does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content. Your use of third-party services or content is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to the Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Intellectual Property sections.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
